The Misfits of Georgia is a family oriented
motorcycle riding club that is based in Dallas Georgia with members throughout the
Atlanta area. Our membership has a diverse demographic with
the common bond being the love of riding motorcycles and having fun.
We ride all
brands of cruisers, touring, sport touring and sport bikes, but everyone
takes equal pride in their ride.
During the riding season
there is a planned group ride almost every weekend. The rides range from
local dinner rides to longer day rides and sometimes overnight rides so there is something
for everyone. Group riding rules are strictly enforced and safety is the
#1 priority.
Membership in the
Misfits Riding Club is open to anyone with an interest in motorcycles
regardless of race, creed or sex. All applicants must be 18 years of age
or older. Members must be a motorcycle operator with a valid, state
endorsed, motorcycle operators license. People wishing to become a
member will be required to ride with the club at least four times and attend two
meetings after which they may request membership to be voted on at the next formal meeting.
Meetings are held at Jim
and Nicks at 5153 Jimmy Lee Smith Pkwy Hiram, GA on the second Tuesday
of every month.
During meetings members have an equal vote
in making decisions for the group. Planning rides, events, new ideas and
suggestions are all open for discussion. Members are free to agree or disagree with no hard feelings.
